Pours a slightly hazy yellow. A quick forming head that recedes pretty quickly leaving some lacing behind. I realize this isight at 5% ABV so I shouldn't expect a lot of mouthfeel and t does not deliver much mouthfeel. Perhaps I was expecting too much. Tastes fine but the flavor, to me, was muted as well. I don't think this will be a repeat purchase for me, not when there are some really nice pale ales out there.

The smell is a tropical mix of apricot, strong pineapple, crackers, sweet malt, and earthy hops

Taste is a touch less juicy than the nose. A big malt presence, ripe apricot and mango. Pine, and grapefruit are present, but not overly bitter. There is a big dry cracker flavor as well. The end is a touch of bitterness and malty

Mouthfeel is on the fuller side of medium - due in part to the large carbonation level

Overall this is a good beer. It's nothing mind - blowing, but it is a really solid example of the style. Great balance, and nothing off in here

Nice pale ale. Orange beer with an off white head that leaves a bit of lacing behind. The aroma has grapefruit, lemon, pine, sweet malt, and melon. The taste is sweet with lemon zest, grapefruit, melon, oranges and a nice pine/pith finish. This is really a tasty beverage.

Bought a six-pack while on vacation. The beer pours with a clear copper appearance with some medium lacing and a thin, creamy head. Aromas seem a little too faint; could sense some fruit florals and hop spice. Taste is a huge improvement from the aromas with a tasty bitter hop flavoring mixed with fruits. Great carbonation overall, making this quite enjoyable to drink. Overall, fantastic taste and refreshing.

Pours a blushing orange sunset color. The head is a good 1/2 finger and sticks around.

Aromas of ripe fruit - cantaloupe, guava, nectarines, papaya. Some firm hop pellet behind that.

Flavor is extremely fruity as well - like fresh cantaloupe, nectarine, grapefruit pith, honey, and hints of honeydew and hop resin.

The feel is where it falls a touch short, it's pretty thin and has a dry sandy feeling at the end. Characteristic, yes, but not in my ballpark.

I like Invasion better than Jai Alai. It's got much more juiciness and fruit, and is perfect whether you're relaxing in your chair or out on a summer day.

Poured into a Wicked Weed snifter. Bottom of can says Canned 03/20/17.

A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well.

S- Balanced aroma of piney, somewhat citrusy hops and bready malt.

T- Again, nice balance here where the malt provides a bed for the hops to lay on. Moderate bitterness and a mild citrus quality.

M- Slightly sharp from the hops with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the lighter side.

O- Decent but could use a bit more vibrancy.

We were impressed with this beer, especially given that the 'canned on' date was over 2 months from when we drank it.
