Thanks bstyle of this
750 mL bottle poured into a tulip

A- A deep hazy orange with a three finger white head.

S- Fairly sour, getting a good amount of lacto, guava, some grainy malts.

T- Sour, guava, lacto, some sweet cereal like malts, some slightly earthy notes in the finish along with the lacto.

M- Smooth, medium body.

O- This is a nice sour and the guava stands out nicely. My biggest issue with this be is a personal one because I am not a big fan of lacto in the finish of any sour. Still not being a big fan of lacto I did enjoy this beer and feel CCB hit a nice balance with te sourness and the guava.

Appearance - pours a deep amber hazy body with a 2 finger white head that reduces quickly to a small ring of foam. 4.25

Smell - smells much like a Flanders.. Creamy, pale malt, Lacto tartness, cherry juice, citrus rind, some fruityness , spices 4.5

Taste- starts off hugely sour with lactic acid, lemon juice, sour apple, and citrus. The follow through definitely exhibits melon and guava, with some banana. The finish is creamy with some caramel and pale malt. The finish is astringently tart. 4.5

Mouthfeel- super carbonated, light and refreshing. 4.25

Very tasty, very sour, maybe a little too sour and carbonated and that may take away from the guava notes. Nevertheless nicely done.

Very sour if you drink it early. Sweetens up over time. Unless you want it extremely sour sit on it for a few months.
