Even with Google Earth and a GPS, this place was not nearly easy enough to find. Suite A is hard to discern when there is no lettering on the bldgs. and the destination is just one "office" in a strip of light-industrial businesses behind Home Depot. I guess thats pretty accurate if you think about it. Its a brewery first and thankfully a very good one. The only giveaway is the small awning with a vine & hop-looking motif.
The Tasting Room is a very nice addition, especially since they serve such high-quality brew. The beer is their own with a few guest beers, all on taps. A total of 12 taps with 10 dispensing their own creations.
Clean and inviting, well-lit without being office-like harsh. I was reminded of a basement converted into an extremely well-done personal bar. The long bar with 16 stools were well populated at 2 p.m. on a Friday. There are also 7 tables. The 8 other patrons were discussing all things beer and home brewing. Friendly people, great beer, comfortable, non-sports bar. It gets better?
No food is served but you are welcome to bring in or, I suspect, have something delivered. Just a block off Dale Mabry near the Bucs stadium, there are several restaurants very close.
Some beers are only available on tap. Some are also available to go either in 6-packs or growlers (quart or gallon). On my first trip, hopefully the first of many, they had three different porters! Had two there and took the last one to go with a brown ale as well.
Beers available are listed on a big chalkboard by name, type, ABV and cost (for growlers, as well).
The only odd part is that the restrooms are out in the warehouse-looking brewery but who cares?

I'll be back, several times.

I have been back, several times.
I noticed that there is actually a sign on the door with the CCB logo, the same as on the corner of the building as seen from Spruce St. Also, the awning says "Entrance" and "Tasting Room" is over the door. Somehow I missed all of that the first time in. D'oh.

The new tanks are coming! 5 new tanks. Doubling the capacity to 30 barrels and storage goes to 570 barrels. More great beer for the lucky people who can get it. Like me.

We did the brewery tour on a Sunday. Staff was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
Excellent beers...I mostly stuck with the Jai Alai (excellent). We were hoping to get the White Oak Barrell Aged Jai Alai but they were out at the brewery. We later found some locally at Whole Foods and it did not disappoint.
Great Vibe. There was always a good crowd but lines moved quickly. Great food trucks; Highly recommended.

Tons of beers on tap at the bar and in the Brewery itself inside. Great selection of merchandise as well like tons of t-shirts, hats, stickers, just about anything you would want. There were also 3 full coolers of beer for purchase in case you did bring or didn't want to purchase a growler for the tap selections. I purchased 3 bombers of beers I had not seen before, a t-shirt and a sticker for my laptop. Will hit this brewery up again, next time I'm in Tampa.

V: A very chill and relaxed environment, I do wish the building was more interesting but it has the pleasant and inviting feel of a local brewery and that I like
Q: Well I mean it is Cigar City, so yeah
S: The service was good and the staff was friendly, on par with anyone else but not above and beyond, no complaints here
SL: They have a wide selection of beers but not so many that the menu would seem bloated

I recently visited Cigar City Brewing in Tampa. I had had their Jai Alai before and I love it. They have two bars, a smaller one and a larger bar featuring more choices. The smaller bar had fewer choices but you could sit there while ordering from the other bar. I chose to sit by the smaller bar because the other bar was too crowded and there were no seats available. They had a lot of selections. I didn’t count but I would say a few dozen. I had Jai Alai (of course), Space Pope IPA, and the Cognac Oak Barrel Aged Raspberry Halo Imperial Stout. The Cognac Oak Barrel Aged Raspberry Halo Imperial Stout was an incredible stout, perhaps the best stout I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Like at so many other breweries you get your food from food trucks. When I visited, they had a Taco Truck. I was told that the Taco Truck is what they usually have. Unfortunately, they ran out of Tacos at about seven thirty. They went to get more and I bought some Tacos when they came back. I was lucky. I got the last Tacos before they ran out again. The Tacos were good, but perhaps the Taco operation could improve a bit. That’s not the breweries fault though. Overall I think it was a very nice brewery with a good atmosphere.

Nice setup. Front and back bat each cater to a slightly different age bracket and level of love for craft beer. Worth the trip from Pinellas county.

I arrived for the beer tour on a Saturday morning. Vibe was a little mellow but it was 11:30 am. Tour was awesome and multiple beer tasting along the way.

Pit stop in Tampa from Orlando and boy was it worth it. There are two tasting rooms with different selections in each (cans to go and merch in the front). Insane number of beers on draft plus bottle pours of Huna 2014!!!! Highlight was Caffe Americano.
