A - Low in carbonation. Literally had it from the bottle so maybe I am missing out on the appearance and possibly taste.

S - Citrus sweet smell. Nothing out of the ordinary or particular.

T - This is where everything that was hyped about the beer sort of fell apart for me. The initial taste is everything a good Belgian Pale Ale should be. Where it falls off is literally a drop off in that taste. From citrus to nothing. If there is an after taste, it is extremely subtle.

M - Again the low carbonation matches the lack of after taste. It is pleasant, but somewhat fizzles out.

O - It really isn't a bad beer, but for the same price I would recommend a Duvel. I am not the biggest fan of IPAs, its just there has to be some sort of hoppy aftertaste in my beer else I compare it to an adjunct-lager.

Again I had it from the bottle, so this review has some bias.

Tremens is one of my top 5 beers. It is fantastic. It resembles champagne and is awesome.

A. This color is very light, with a little bit of head that is cream colored.

S. The aroma is very citrusy with a late hint of wheat.

T. The taste is fantastic. The beer itself is light like champagne and has a great citrus flavor.

M. The beer is extremely light and hardly any carbonation. The sweetness cleanses nicely.

O. Overall the beer is great. Looks great, smells great and tastes even better. It's a really light and flavorful beer that everyone should try.

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.

Poured a clear brassy hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured white pepper, fruity esters and a grassy hop.

The taste consisted of candy sugar, pink bubble gum and a touch of pepper. Pleasant esters detected as well.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a pleasant carbonation.

Overall a superior experience.
