Notes: A stronger, softer riff on the Dungeons from years' past, a generous use of southern hemisphere hops cruise fruit punch and mango gushers with minimal perceived bitterness.

L - unfiltered, glorious golden-pear murk; nice lacing
S - Grapefruit much? No, too bad, that's what you get, and weed, and hops in the nostrils
T - Bitter grapefruit hop-pith combo packs a punch - fully saturates the palate. Woah. Grapefruit harvest from FL must have been baller in 2019. ;) (No grapefruit in this but super-citrus-y when fresh)
F - Carbed great, almost too assertive when fresh, but I'll take it. Fantastic mouth feel to it. MORE.
O - another great slightly bigger beer from HA. Really reminded me a bit of Sailor's Kush (2017 ed).

16oz can, date stamped "12/26/19 DOUBLE DOWN". Hazy yellow body with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is juocy tropical fruit: namely pineapple and guava. Pineapple & guava prevalent in flavor; very fruit punchy, mild grapefruit & Mandarin orange, and faint cherry. Full & creamy body, moderate carbonation, finish is more sweet than bitter. If you are looking for a fruit punch beer - this is your beer.

Pours an opaque color of grapefruit juice with a finger of head. The nose has citrus fruits but it is not terribly bold. The flavor is juicy and citrusy but, much like the nose, the flavor is delicate and not aggressive.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 01/03/20

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy dark golden orangy/yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Glad to see it around here.

Had this on draft at the taproom on 1/11/20.

This splits the difference between a New England style haze-r and a typical Half Acre IPA...while it will please people who like one or the other, it will thrill neither. Worth a quaff.

ABV is 8%, par for a DIPA. Half Acre does not make a bad beer and this one is exceptional. Juice bomb flavor and color, 12/19/19 canning date. A treat to drink.

Really nice beer. Golden and hazy. Head disappears quickly. Smells great. Lots of tropical and citrus fruits. Feel is very nice. A little bit of hop bitterness but a lot of citrusy flavor.
