Had this in a shaker pint.

Beautiful three-finger's of ecru foam, I could eat this stuff with a spoon it is so creamy, thick sheet lace after a few minutes of deflation. The beer glows the color of hot apple cider.

Floral aromas bursting out of the pint glass, blending with hints of resin-y, sweet citrus-y, and bready malt. That floral bouquet smells great!

Hops stand out immediately with the first sip: orange, resin, estery. As Daisy Cutter glides over mid-palate, an herbal, tea-like quality emerges. The bitterness on the finish takes it easy, slightly resinous. The sweet, bread malt peeks through just enough. A great balance struck between the flavor hops and malt. Complex.

Lighter body and watery, bubbles add a nice wrinkle and make the beer more crisp.

Daisy Cutter is an impressive and well-crafted pale ale. The estery aromas and flowers explode from this one, with citrus-y notes and bready malts left in the aftermath. Great beer! Find this one!

A: Pours a orange/yellow color with a two finger head that dissipates slowly with blotchy lacing.
S: Mellow citrus with hints of earthiness.
T: Very similar to the taste. Very bitter from the tip of the tongue to the back.
M: Medium body and dry on the palate. Light carbonation. Leaves an oily film.
O: A very solid pale ale. I wish it was a bit more fruity though.
