A: .An explosive sense of effervesce erupts within the vessel of a tangerine orange body showing a light translucent quality. The head towers strong and tall over 3 inches in height with an eggshell like dull white tone that was rigid, foamy, and rocky in structure with lasting appeal for all the drink. So far an outstanding visual carbonation, head size and retention, and color wise. Soapy patches adore the glass afterwards.

S: Sweet tangerines-oranges and fresh grains on the nose. Touch of sherbert that was sweet and pleasant.

T: Flavor was semi-tart tangerines, balanced with a smooth lightly toasted warm grain body that added sweetness. Mandarin orange, syrupy juices, small lemon and fresh flowery hops are sweet with a hint of pear juice from the yeast. Spicy citrus-tropical (pineapple) hop presence comes upon some warming is an added surprise and delight.

M: Strong dancing carbonation on the tongue is crisp, bright with a body that turns frothy on the hold. Tart tangerine fade on the goodbye with an overall light body appeal.

O: Overall tart oranges and a lightly toasted sweet malting balanced by a fresh flowery hopping and citrus-tropical nature brings a lot of flavor to this golden ale. Crisp, well balanced, very good drinking with no hesitant on reconsumption. a solid recommend. Surprised on the moderate score this received, not sure what people expect out of a blonde but this exceeded most.

Gold with yellow and brass hues. Slight chill haze.

Grain, dust, chaff, dried lemon zest, plastic, rubber bands, banana oil and ritz crackers.

Grain, cabbage and a slightly burnt flavor. Medium level of carbonation.

Medium- body and slightly watery around the edges.

I wonder if I got a bad batch. The beer was just odd. Tasted at the tap room.

Pours golden straw color. Good looking cream colored head.

Smells grainy with a hint of sweetness. Light floral hops.

Taste follows the nose pretty much exactly.

Light body. Lower side of carbonation.

Overall it is a nice session drinker. No complaints but it is little tough to get too excited about this one.

I can’t believe I have not reviewed this beer. On a recent company three day meeting in Chicago, I had this beer on tap at two different locations. Usually you see Daisy Cutter and I was kind of surprised to bump into it twice in three days. I drank a ton of it as it went perfectly with the weather and the Hawks winning the Stanley Cup!!

Poured into a standard shaker, the beer is a vibrant chill hazed gold with a decent clingy white head.

The beer’s nose is of fresh grains, a bit of citrus and floral notes. It is fresh and inviting.

Beer is well balanced. There are sweet bready malts, balanced by citrus and floral notes. I swear there is something like honey at midglass. A touch of lemon rind and a hint of cracker at the finish.

Mouth is crisp and inviting. This is an easy drinking session beer with enough facets to keep you coming back. Well done!
