We've brewed a variant of Double Daisy Cutter we're calling Galactic Double Daisy Cutter. This version highlights Galaxy hops, a bruiser grown in Australia specifically to make palates numb. This beer insisted on being a beast. Uber-hazy and jam packed with the sticky, Galaxy hops, this beer isn't for the faint of heart.
As if pulled from the core of a distant, inhospitable planet, The Galactic Double Daisy is juicy and dank, rough and tumble and beautifully ugly. Strap on your boots and pull down some of the ooze, Galactic Double Daisy is here.

Pours a beautiful mango color with a creamy white head that clings to the glass like Velcro. The nose is very dank and weedy, and there’s loads of mango, pineapple, some berry notes, and passion fruit.
The taste features that dank, weedy flavor up front via the mango and pineapple, and the berry flavors are more pronounced, with a bit of sweet oats at the back of the palate to balance the delicious bitterness..
The mouthfeel is full and surprisingly a bit dry. I love the base beer (Daisy Cutter), and I really like the Double, but this may be my favorite. Exceptionally well done, IMHO.

This is an awesome DIPA. Too many DIPAs nowadays rarely have the dank, bitter taste. They just load up on the alcohol content and taste of coffee/caramel flavor. Good nose. Sticky, hoppy mouth feel up front, followed by tropical notes and deliciously bitter aftertaste. I will buy this beer every opportunity afforded and would recommend to anyone who likes bitter, hoppy beers.

Can from Julio's
Pours a deep golden color with a hint of orange and a thin white head that recedes fairly quickly. Lots of juicy tropical fruit on the nose with bits of alcohol resin and light sweet bread. The flavor holds more resin than fruit but has an ample amount of each. Light spicy alcohol enough bready malt to provide a little structure. Medium to thin in body, lively carbonation bubbly creamy mouthfeel. Half acre never lets me down, death to the juice bros!
