Served in a tulip at Fountainhead 1/1/12. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist!

A: Served a deep mahogany, nearly cola-brown color with a thin and bubbly layer of beer engine foam on top.

S: Interesting nose full of ginger, lemony hops, and toasty caramel malt.

T: See above. The ginger was a tad bracing right in the beginning, but settled down nicely and complimented the malt bill and noble-ish hops.

M: Killer silky cask mouthfeel with bitterness supplied by the ginger and the dry hopping. Started slick and ended peppery...excellent!

O: Another cask treatment given to Over Ale which looks to become their cask experiment workhorse. I really like that they've chosen this beer to monkey around with!
