Space is the new name for Daly Double. Pours a dark caramel color with reddish highlights. Clear with an ivory head that coats the tulip with lacing. The presentation makes one want to guzzle this down.

Aroma explodes with citrus hop and sweet malt far in the background.

The flavor consists of juicy pineapple, grapefruit and orange backed by a strong, rich malty body that totally balances and compliments the hop profile. This juicy/bitter fruit flavor flows through the swallow from beginning to end. A bitter finish of perfect proportion that does not incinerate the taste buds.

The mouthfeel is perfect. Slightly oily with nice carbonation on the light side and moderate/full body.

Overall the top IPA on the planet. It takes the great hop profile of Daisy Cutter, amps it up then adds the bass section with the malt bomb nailing this down for a terrific session India Pale Ale. Each growler split with my bro went down in record time. Half Acre scores a Hat Trick with the aroma, hop taste and malt balance. Please keep this beer flowing from now on.

Enjoyed a pint at the Half Acre taproom. Pours a dark amber with a creamy white head that sticks around and leaves substantial lace.
The aroma hit me as pineapple and orange juice.
The taste began with tropical fruit then a bit of pine with a touch of sweetness before a long-lasting, finishing resinous finish.
Mouthfeel is smooth and almost creamy.
Really good IPA. I think it was my favorite beer that I tried at the taproom.

22oz brown bomber, no freshness date.

Its like getting slapped in the face with a bag of oranges while chewing on a marmalade sandwich. A big IPA that almost straddles the line between AIPA and DIPA. Seek a bottle out if you can.

LOOK: Orange amber, clear with a beautiful lacing

SMELL: Citric zest, mint, faint caramel, fresh pine sap, tobacco, pineapple skin

TASTE: Macerated whole oranges, very smooth, medium body, marmalade, bread crust, hop bitterness, warming alcohol, cashews, peppery, papaya

Reddish-copper in color with a slight haze.

Fresh pine, orange zest, resin, white and yellow flowers, tangellos and a lightly dank quality.

Citrus, pine needles, resin, nutmeg, light brown sugar, roasted malt.

Medium bodied and very clean on the palate. Just the right amount of bitterness.

While some of the descriptors are sweet, there is nothing sweet about this beer. Great balance and a masterful use of bittering in the hops to just the right proportion. Finishes wonderfully clean and smooth. Really well done.

Growler poured into a FFF tulip

A - Deep, reddish brown with orange tint. Small layer of foam on the side.

S - Floral with sweet citrus, pineapple, light orange peel, and sweet strawberry. Very nice, complex and strong nose.

T - Slight pine bitterness with nice orange citrus in the middle. The strawberry comes in the middle to give it a nice sweetness. The floral and a slight bitterness that comes in the finish.

MF - Light body with light carbonation in it. Slight hop resin remains on the tongue in the finish.

O - Nice light hoppy beer with a lot of flavor. I like the strawberry and red fruits with the floral aspect. The strawberry fruit makes me wonder if they threw in Galaxy hops to get that flavor.
