Easily the best-tasting 10% DIPA I've ever tried! Pours clear, perfect amount of head, smells exactly like a good Pale Ale should, and feels surprisingly smooth for the high octane. Another winner from Half Acre!

Piney. No booziness. Thick, but neither unfiltered nor cloying. Tasty and may try again, though pine hops aren't usually my preferred style

Pours a clear golden to light amber color with a good bubbly white head that sticks to the glass til the end. Big aroma of what reminds me of a classic west coast DIPA showcasing pine and citrus, balanced with a sweet malt profile and an alcohol presence to seal it off. Pine and citrus all the way backed with a sugary breadiness in the flavor, with a good dose of alcohol, especially as it warms. Good bitterness, but balanced, and a sticky medium mouth feel yet easy and smooth to consume rather quickly. Overall, this is a great double IPA, and had no idea it was 10%. Very good. Cheers!

Pours a somewhat transparent a,bell color with an inch of off white head. Citrus hops, soap, pine hops, resin, fruity malts, and floral notes. No bitterness and moderate body with light carbonation.

Overall a nice beer with some soap and floral notes to it, but very hoppy and no bitterness which I like for the abv.

Hazy gold with a large white head.

Smell is pineapple, vanilla, pine, with a dank ending.

Taste is bitter pine, smoothing caramel, and sweetening pineapple.

Frothy but really dry.

Poured from the can into a Brooklyn brewery tulip glass. PKGD: 11/21/16 stamped on the bottom of the cab along with "What's this now?"

Pours a mostly clear, golden color with a white filmy head that does not last long. Beautiful web lacing is present all around the glass as I sip.

Smells of dank weed, I mean hops. Definitely simcoe, prolly a good amount of the 5 C's. very little malt presence detected on the nose.

Tastes initially of bitter piney hops, and then finishes dry and crisp with escalated bitterness.

Mouthfeel is slick on the tongue and then finishes dry like the Sahara.

Overall a solid DIPA, and honestly in my top 5 overall. Half Acre knocks it outta the park always.

Cheers,
Wade

Nice IPA. Worth trying. It's great on hops; too light on malt though.

Fan-f#$*in-tastic beer. If you like double IPAs, this is a must try. Minimal malt but just enough to get your taste buds stimulated.
