Stopped by on our way to my wife's aunt's new house and glad i did. Selection is very good and can't be beat for the area. They had all the breweries with the exception of Dunham, A la fut and Boquebiere (those aren't available everywhere anyways). Nicely arrayed along a 2-sided aisle with shelves. Prices were good and not gouging like other places in this tourist town. If you're vacationing in the area, this place gives you a nice idea of what Quebec microbreweries are offering.

Thanks to papat444 for the impromtu recomendation. This place is awesome. After 4 days of being slightly disenchanted with Canada beer culture, papat444 drops me a line a tells me of this gem. This place doesn't look like much from the outside or when you walk in the front. It looks like your typical country general store. A slight glimpse to the left shows a rather large glass cooler in the back. Walk to the back and you proceed past an impressive wall of wines. As the wines diminish, you get a rather large amount of beer gift sets. Move a bit further and the cooler is on your left. Filled with Canadian macros and micros, you feel a bit underwhelmed. Turn around to the cedar shelves behind you and you will find two, long rows of singles and six packs of Canadian craft beer. It was very difficult to choose because the selection is rather large. The DDC is represented rather well but the mixed pack was not present. Still picked up a sixer of Peche Mortel for $14 canadian, and a few singles. They had the St. Ambroise 2007 vintage for $7 a bottle and really nice Gueze that slips my mind for $5 a bottle.

The young lady in charge of the beer selection was very helpful once me worked past our language barrier and she recommended quite a few nice brews. At check out the owner asked me where I was from and saw the amount of brew I picked up. He asked me what I enjoyed in brews, ran to the back, threw in a freebie and a chalice on the house. This was a great experience and really helped my appreciation for Canadian beer culture. Just friggin awesome.
