12 ounce can in a pint glass.
Golden orange in color, translucent. A 1F white cap drops quickly to a film and leaves lots of lacing.
Citrusy and grassy aroma to start. Lemon and some pineapple with a strong malt base.
Taste is more tropical fruit and malt forward. Some herbs and earthy notes.
Full bodied at its 5.4. % abv. A bit sticky from the tropical fruit perhaps. Lingering hop close out.
Better than it’s average rating IMHO, and very true to the style.

Pours a dark yellow with a minimal head and no lacing. Taste is mildly hoppy and mouthfeel is very light. Didn’t hate it but won’t repeat it either.

Look has a nice golden brown with a light almost white foam.
Smell had strong citrus front with fresh hops and notes of dry hops.
Taste is clean with a mild citrus bite, and it finishes with a colorful palate of hops. Tastes as if it was dry hopped.
Feels very clean on the finish with light but powerful flavors. Very refreshing.
Overall it is a nice summer and spring beer.

12/27/15 from notes....pours bright gold light foam but lacing. Floral citrus notes. Tasty breads malt, light hopped some bitter. Really well balanced. Leads to a tasty ale.

Appearance: Pours a nearly clear, light coppery body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: Sweetish aroma with a smidgen of caramel and perceived fruitiness backed by some toastiness.
Taste: Pale malts, toasted grains and a little lingering powdered sugar accent. Medium bitterness, with floral, lightly citrusy, earthy hops. Remains still a bit sweetish even on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-light carbonation. A bit on the thin side, bordering on watery.
Overall: Fairly humdrum, though a few of the cans worked in a pinch snatched up at Publix to pre-game in the parking lot for the Pearl Jam show in Greenville, SC last weekend.
