look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 3 | overall: 4

Appearance: copper, like the name says. Thin, white head, served a little too cold in my opinion. Light lacing.

Smell: bananas, black pepper, slight roasty notes.

Taste: at first it was too cold to really pick out much, but as it warmed there was the distinct banana flavor, a little peppery spice as in the aroma, light caramel flavor.

Mouthfeel: I thought it a bit thin for the style. Smooth, though.

Brought a growler back to the campsite and drank it faster than we would have any other dunkelweizen.

Solid attempt at the style, may need some tweaking in the body department, but overall a good beer.
