Got this from the brewery in Adelaide

A-- Clear, dark amber color. One finger light brown head. Nice tight head that slowly falls off leaving spotty lacing. Brilliant head retention when swirling.

A-- Big nose of pine, citrus and pineapple. Good notes of caramel backbone. Fresh and vibrant nose.
T-- Pine, pine, pineapple, gritty orange, and full of citrus. Not overly bitter as more subdued by the malt backbone. Quite aggressive in the taste.
P-- Full of resin. Quite oily and big feel. Medium carbonation. Pale ale that borders on a big IPA. Really well done beer.

Pours copper with a large, lasting head.
Nose shows prominent lychee, spicy hops, sweet clean malt and soft confectionery notes.
Pretty aggressive flavours, some soft fruit notes but the piny, resinous and grapefruit hops quickly take over. Finishes with a sharp, aggressive, metallic bitterness.
Carbonation seems pretty full-on.

640mL bottle.

Bronze amber, quite hazed with a dirty white that reaches a bit over a finger with a larger than average pour. Retention is so-so, dropping to a resilient film and collar.

Nose is an amazing candied, dank tropical melange, with some marijuana-y herbal notes on the side. Probably the best example of hops 'singing' I've encountered in an Aussie IPA. Quite the solid verging-on-amber malt backbone too.

Flavours are great too. Oodles of mango, mandarin and peach before the resinous pine kicks into gear.

On the bigger side of medium, with dusty carbonation that is a bit restrained to really cut through the hop oils. Deceptively long, moderately bitter finish.

Best IPA (or strong APA, whatever) in Aus at the moment IMO. Great to see Aussie brewers kicking goals with this style.

Been looking forwards to this one and pours a murky dark amber hue with a creamy two finger head and lacing everywhere, the smell is floral fruity hops, candy, passionfruit and fruit salad very enticing, the mouthfeel is just over light bodied, well carbonated and very smooth with tastes of fruit salad, kiwi fruits, mandarins, lemon sherbet and finished with a floral hoppy bitterness and overall a tasty drop that isnt overly complex but very drinkable cheers.

Sourced thanks to Daneilol via MrKennedy. Cheers!!!

Pours a deep amber. One finger head. Spotty lace.

Aromas mainly of pine resin and pineapple.

Taste is smooth and really creamy. Hops to the fore, but pine resin notes and citrus well represented. Solid malt backbone to round things out. Amazing creamy flavour as well, almost vanilla like. Sounds odd but works well.

Mouthfeel creamy, medium bodied, low-ish carbonation.

This is really well made beer. Drinks too easily for the ABV. Goes down a treat.

Hazy copper colour with a small, smooth light tan head. Fair head retention.

Very resinous aroma with notes of pine, lychee, citrus and rose. Some caramel.

Bitter. There are some fruit notes underneath with lychee, pineapple and pine clear. The bitterness is massive with the caramel malt not quite supporting it. I'd love this with 20% less bitterness.

Medium body with moderately-high carbonation. Very astringent.

I'm conflicted about this beer. On the one hand there is a nice complex hop character. On the other there is an obscenely overpowering bitterness which actually presents as phenol. On the whole, the bitterness kills this.
