A: The beer is clear amber in color and poured with a two finger high off white head that slowly faded away but left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface.
S: There are moderate aromas of yeast in the nose.
T: There are strong flavors of butter and yeast in the overall taste; these are balanced by a mild amount of bitterness from the hops. It is also very nutty.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
D: The beer is relatively easy to drink but it's not thirst quenching given all of the malty and buttery flavors.
