Bottle brought back from CO personally. Full notes taken at time of review.

A- Pours to a wine glass with a fairly murky deep golden body. A white head forms up to several fingers with a thick foamy consistency. Good head retention as a huge puffy island and ring leave sheets of lace.

S- Spicy dryness that reminds me of Brett but thats not supposed to be in here but like a funky Saison nonetheless. Stone fruits and obviously tangerine peel are big with some bread and pineapple. Citrus zest hops. More yeast than hop character for me.

T- The general balance of the beer follows the nose with a dry, earthy and spicy funky Saison feel. A large dose of citrus zest like tangerine, orange and lemon with apricot, pineapple and a general stone fruity feel.

MF- Dried out light body with a fizzy and foamy texture. Carbonation level is high and it matches the flavors with a medium bitterness lingering in the finish.

Yeasty driven Session brew with plenty of citrus and stone fruit to compliment it. Trinity either has a very funky house yeast or some Brett is in play.

Monstrous appearance, with a huge off-white head that hardly went away sitting on top of an orange, cloudly, almost turbid beer, leaving gobs of sticky lacing.

Aroma and flavor are again pretty monstrous, hoppy as hell, tons of citrus, dominatingly so, with fruity notes, and a great malty base.

Body is thick and chewy with plenty of carbonation, amazingly drinkable despite being monstrously hoppy.

One of the best session IPAs I've had, an absolute must try for trinity.

From a bottle, pours a slightly hazed gold, very active carbonation, lots of bubbles. It leaves a very airy white head that laces the glass until the last drop.

The nose is tangerine, citrus rinds, a little pine, sweet malt, and bread. The flavor is less citrus than the nose implies. It is much more dry, earthy notes, faint tangerine and orange peel. I get a very metallic aftertaste that is kind of hurting the overall tropical fruit feel of the beer. This is good, but honestly, at the price point, not good enough for me to buy it again.

A- cloudy orange hues, appears to be unfiltered
S- citrus, tangerine, a little pine
T- juicy citrus notes, hop forward with a nice malt backbone
M- low to med bodied, guessing carbonation around 2-2.5 vol's, finishes dry

One of the better IPA's I've tasted, they carbonated this just right which really made the hops pop, I loved the amount of malt on this beer, I could drink it all day. I think that was their goal. I'm impressed to see this quality of IPA from the Saison Man. Nice work.
