Notes:
Soured with Lactobacillus delbrueckii and complimented with heavily fruity American hops. We use a touch of coriander to reinforce the citrus theme of this beer. Although no fruit is used, this specialty IPA structure drinks refreshingly juicy and extremely session-able.

Pours a light golden light amber like color, clarity was pretty decent, 1/3" white head. A mixture of hops provoking notes of citrus alongside coriander and sour lactoyogurt.
Taste was easy going enough, had the requisite hops and sourness that seem obligatory in a sour ipa. The sourness largely replaces bittering hops in the taste profile. Carbonation and malt body were to where this drank quite lightly and easily. Sourness was probably a 5 on the 10 pt scale. Lemon sour for the most part. Its a fun drink given its session like strength. The characteristics of the hops (Amarillo, Summit, EKG and Willamette) are muddled behind the kettle souring. Surprisingly enough, while I'm not a fan of coriander much, it worked pretty nicely here.
I wouldn't go there again, it was like $6 a bottle. So its a fun drink, worth checking out once, but not twice at that price.

-Sour ipa in spiegelau ipa glass.
A: Hazy, dense tangerine coloring, milky froth light beige capping provides minimal ring lacing. Light, but steady rise of effervesce.
S: Nose was very fruity, apricots, peaches and sour pineapple. Lemony fruit hops, applesauce, and sour citrus contribute with some final thoughts of tart tangerines. Nice strength overall, fruity, wet and sour.
T: Flavor was sour fruit, peaches, sour pineapple with tart wet citrus and lemon. Nice souring effect level, very smooth with some tart tangerines, apples, peach and passion fruit. Light corriander hints.
M: Medium body, light and creamy texture with instances of carbonation texture.
O: A huge flavor for its abv% 4.9 with a respectable souring and hoppy level. Nice sour twang at finish, wet sour citrus and sour fruit, refreshing tart and makes for a great summer time quencher. Nice complexity, fruity and sour aromatics and lots of flavor vs abv. A bit under-rated imho.

A: Pours a very hazy, bordering on cloudy medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint bright yellow highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy, sudsy, foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit pith hops over the top of light aromas of lacto tartness/funkiness and light aromas of coriander.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of grainy malts with a hint of honey-like sweetness that is quickly overtaken by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit pith hops. That is followed by light flavors of coriander and moderate flavors of lacto tartness/funkiness. Light amounts of hoppy bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a light to moderate amount of lingering tartness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very light amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Definitely an interesting beer - sour session IPA with coriander. The addition of coriander to this beer adds an interesting depth and complexity to the aroma and flavor. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

Beautifully bright, tangy and briny, Trinity's "sour IPA" bridges the gap between what's fruity, bitter, sour and earthy.
Super Juice Solution pours a hazy golden appearance that's slightly of orange through its center. Creamy and fluid with its froth, the ale emits a candied fruit waft of orange and lemon with notions of green apple, green grape and mild eucalyptus in its gentle perfume. Early sweetness is mildly of warheads and sweetheart candies as a soft and pillowy malt character supports the fruity and tangy upstart.
But all that fades away fast enough as the sweetness and breadiness dissolves on the tongue and the hoppy brunt sets in. Grapefruit, lemon and orange peels bring a bright and zesty tone as the hops give citrus impressions. As the juiciness of it all settles, the bitterness creeps onto the late palate with a sharp and resinous bite that's quite akin to citrus rind, pine resins and fresh grassy herbs.
Medium-light on the finish, the beer's sour dryness plays out with a crisp mineral character and a rounded salty brine. With the perfume of coriander playing a role in aftertaste, its finish is otherwise refreshingly tart, crisp and clean.

Overall, a tasty brew.
