On tap at Freshcraft in Denver.

Hazy and dull golden body. Bright white head.

Corriander with an off putting bile like aroma. A sharp twang to it.

The flavor is muted, and that may be a good thing. Light salt, and has that same bile flavor I picked up in the aroma.

Light body, crisp carbonation.

I wasn't a fan. It had that odd aroma and flavor I just couldn't get past.

very good beer, not amazing as a gose. i dont think its sour enough for the style, which surprises me, given trinity's penchant for wild ales. it also comes across far less salty than others, which is mixed for me. i like enough salt for the finish to be dry, but not so much that i cant really drink it easy. this has no drinkability issues at all, its down super easy with just a light tartness and fabulous carbonation. coriander and salt are both minimal, so the beer comes across under flavored a little. not a ton of malt on it either, but the more caramel orange color instead if the classic yellow golden for the style led me to expect more grain character. i know trinity does some of the coolest sours out, but i wanted more from this. if it came from another, more pedestrian brewery i would be stoked on it, but trinity (and their ungodly price points) have forced me to hold all of their beer to a higher standard. worth trying at falling rock on tap while it lasts.

edit: they must have made this one again, or its aged well. the different types of salts seem more evident now, and i think the name much more appropriate. tangy almost, still super light, but flavorful salty. better than i gave it credit for the first time around...
