look: 3.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a small finger of head the recedes to a thin layer in the glass.

The smell is very aromatic, tons of fruit, it is aged on apricots and chardonnay grapes so those are definitely front and center, with a slightly tart lemon acidity. Some definite brettanomyces funk, very earthy and mushroomy. A hit of spicy saison yeast, they like to take the fermentation temperature really high and I get a spicy, peppery aroma.

Taste is more of the same, very well balanced saison.

Very easy drinking, perfect on a hot afternoon. Somewhat light as is to be expected.

Overall Trinity is really dialing in their saisons and this is no exception, great example of the style.
