From old notes:
Somewhat cloudy but still clear golden amber, with peach tones. Off-white, even, uniform foamy head of moderate retention. Pear, apple, sweet grass, mild citric tartness to the nose. Slightly grainy and grassy palate, but quite tart and sweet. Caramel-covered red apples but also a more generic fruity tartness, just shy of lemons. Bready and mildly bitter apple-core finish. Medium-bodied, with a fine thinned velvet spritziness, and acidic as expected. Too much apple, not enough beer. But not undrinkable.

Clear golden body with a fizzy bone-white head. Nose smells like straight apple juice. Flavor tastes like water, seltzer and apple juice mixed together, pretty vile. Feel is super fizzy and light bodied. Not a good beer at all, not even sure if this is beer.

Appearance: Pale, clear golden body with just a touch of haze. The head s all-but nonexistent, with just a scattering of foam on the surface.
Aroma: A bit of applesauce in the aroma, with some pale malt.
Taste: Hints of apple and pale malt very understated. As the taste progresses, the tart apple is complemented by pale malt. Finishes with a bit of applesauce taste, and some pale malt.
Mouth feel: Fairly full, with zesty carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: Refreshing and easy to drink..
Presentation: Packaged in a short, custom brown glass bottle, with a pry-off crown, served in a New Belgium Brewing chalice.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It smelled of fresh apples. It tasted like a hard apple cider. Sweet with apple flavors.

This really isn't a bad beer on a hot summer day. When you buy a beer labeled "apricot" "apple" or "lemon shandy" all bets are off. This is no thoroughbred. I don't think it performs well as a blonde or a lager, but it fills a place on a warm day in the right mood.

From the stubby 12 fl. oz. bottle. Sampled July 11, 2015.
Yellow-amber pour under a white head.
The aroma is subtle but it includes toasted malts, apple, and grassy hops. ,
Light to medium body.
The apple shows up some on the flavor but it is more of a toasted malt and grassy character. Somewhat refreshing but not something I will go out of my way to buy again.

Seedy Blonde pours a golden color with a small head. There is a weak apple aroma. The taste has a nice noticeable apple flavor, with a weak grainy malty backbone. Flavors could be a little stronger, and it tastes like there is a bad beer underneath the apple, but if you like apples, it still worth a try.
