Wow, And I thought V015 and V016 were the pinnacle of sours. This is one of the best beers I have had. Pours orangish yellow with a foamy white head. Smells of stone fruit, malt and funk. The taste is sour with very jammy stone fruit in your face followed by some smooth vanilla / oak. The mouthfeel is light and creamy. The sourness is perfect to the extent that all the other flavors (especially the fruit) are highlighted. I do not think it gets better than this.

Tons of oak on the nose, a little peach, a little funk. Taste is much the same, oak, quite sour, light funk, some peach. Thanks, cocoapuph!!

750mL bottle poured into a snifter
(A)- Pours a hazy deep orange color. Some great white froth with a surprising retention length
(S)- Big tart oak meets subtle yet juicy fruit. Lots of fruit but not super acidic on the nose. Some seriously deep and musty oak on the finish
(T)- Quite similar to the smell, though the big sourness come through in strides. Great bright and juicy fruits
(M)- A great carbonation level meets a superb balance. Big oak flavors meets an array of bright sour fruits.
(O)- Fitting for the veritas label. Sour and big on oak, but showcases great peach flavors. Not overly complex, but just a pure joy to drink if you like the style
