Bottle

A: Deep cherries followed by light vanilla and oak with moderate sourness.

A: Deep burgundy color, clear, with a frothy, white, uniform head that has adequate retention.

T: Baked Cherries, lightly sweet caramel malt, reminiscent of cherry pie, with moderate sourness that's lightly acidic with moderately light oak.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer has a great baked cherry pie character with a clean, accompanying sourness that has mellowed a bit with age.

Copper ruby color. Khaki head.

Sour and acidic with vinegar notes. Lots of cherries and cherry pie flavor. Oaky.

Light to medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Solid beer.

Pours a mahogany hue with a translucent clarity and a frothy, half-inch, cream-colored head. Nose reveals cherries, hints of oak and vanilla. Taste follows nose; however, flavor profile is a bit more oak forward and there's some cinnamon in the mix. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a lively carbonation. Acidity is a bit too aggressive. All and all, interesting and complex. I definitely see some aging potential with this beer.
