On tap at Lost Abbey. Pale golden with a creamy white head. The aroma is of slightly sweet grainy malt and a light spiciness with subtle grassy notes. The flavor is grainy malt with a low level of sweetness and an upper low level of bitterness. The finish is crisp and clean. The beer is light bodied with a dry and crisp mouthfeel. A quality lager and a good interpretation of a classic style.

The beer is on the low carbonation side, with very little head which goes away almost instantly. The smell is a nice aroma of a bit of yeastiness but more strongly smells to me of piney spiceness from the hops.

Taste: It has a nice smooth start, then I get a little of the hops, not strong, but enough to add some depth in flavor and make it not too sweet. It has a nice smooth finish. To me has a very nice balance, making it not too sweet not too bitter. Perfect for this time of year, with some warmer weather.

Drinkability: A+ I could drink this beer for multiple glasses without complaint.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.

Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, grass, and hay. Taste is much the same with a slightly fruity flavor as well. There is a mild amount of herbal hop bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
