A: poured a reddish orange in color with yellow highlights and a thin head that barely left any lacing sticking to the glass.

S: pretty fruit forward aroma consisting of cherries, peaches, some type of berries, a little brett funk with a slight acidic character, good oaky presence and mild mustiness.

T: nice fruity flavor like the nose suggested, peaches with cherries being the more prominent alongside great oaky accents, vinous wine barrel notes, slightly acidic and a touch of brett funk.

M: the brew was medium to light in body with a moderate amount of carbonation which had a fruity, oaky, slightly vinous, mild acidic, sour and semi dry finish.

O: interesting combination of flavors with a nice fruity aroma, very glad they decided to pour this beer at the barrel night.

On tap at the 2012 LA Barrel Night.

A: Pours an amber/orangish color which graduates to straw. Looks essentially flat, with no carbonation or head.

S: Cherry, strawberry, lots of red wine, delicious oak and vanilla, a little funk. Very jammy.

T: Moderate to high sour with a good amount of fruit, acetic acid sourness from start to finish, some stone fruit and a little oak tannins. Sweetness on the finish gives a cool contrast to the sour.

M: Medium-full body. Very light carbonation gives a hint of bite.

O: The aroma from the barrel is awesome. The taste is a bit too sour, but still a solid beer.
