-hazy, pale yellow can pour with a 1.5 cm foam cap and a light citrus aroma. The flavor is full. Lemon, orange zest and berry flavors are most prominent. The finish is a bit dry and the hop bitterness is moderate. There is big flavor for a relatively lighter brew, very good.

Poured from a 16oz can into a speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a pale hazy yellow with a big frothy white head.
Aroma is a dry pithy citrus lemon, maybe a hint of orange blossom honey.
Taste matches aroma, dry lemon herbal hops with just a tinge of malt sweetness.

Pours a slightly cloudy copper color with a huge white head that was well retained and left blotches of lacing. Smells like tropical fruit juice with some sweet malts. Tastes like tropical fruits with passion fruit and mango at the forefront, sweet malts and a hint of pepper. Very little bitterness on the finish. Light bodied, well carbonated, clean, crisp and very refreshing. Terrific beer.

My first brew from Peekskill and I must say I'm impressed. Not a hop/juice bomb at all but just a nice - smooth - tasty and easy to drink Ale. This much flavor with a low ABV is rare and enjoyable. I will def get this again.

A: The beer is slightly hazy in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface and a coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the passionfruit flavors are a little stronger, and these strengthen some more as the beer warms up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and perfectly sessionable.

Slightly hazy golden orange with fluffy white head, spicy candied hops, mango, sweet malts, light and smooth. Malty tropical goodness.

Poured mostly clear copper color with a good amount of bubbly white head. There is a good nose on this one with tons of fruit and a bit of malt on the back end. The flavor is really juicy and sweet with very little bitterness. The feel is a little above medium with a slight thickness and good carbonation. This is Outstanding!. I cannot believe this much flavor is coming out of 4.7%. All the flavor of a big east coast IPA that is super crushable.

Bottom of the can says "Ball Drop 12/27/16." If that's the born-on date, that makes this beer just 5 days old, as I'm drinking it on 1/1/17.
A: Poured from the can into a Duvel tulip. Slightly hazy dark golden body with a 1-finger white head. Body is more orangey when backlit. Some legs of lace cling to the glass after each sip.
S: Very nice nose jumps out of the glass upon the pour: citrus and tropical fruits. Big nose for such a "small" beer.
T: Modest foundation of crackery malt is followed by citrus - grapefruit and orange, and orange zest. Some sort of tropical fruit follows mid-palate; thinking mango. Finishes quite clean and dry, though with a lingering grapefruity bitterness on the aftertaste.
M: Light in heft, with a nice creamy carbonation - makes this a real easy drinker.
O: An excellent beer. A friend brought this over for NYE last night and I've already texted him to find out where he got it, because I'd like to drink this regularly if the price was right. . . .
