Collaboration with Allagash and Bluejacket. Brewed with fresh oranges, pink peppercorns, and Brett.

On tap at Churchkey. Pours a fairly clear light straw color with a good white head. Wheat in the nose. Faint orange peel and a bit of lemon. Flavor is crisp and wheat heavy. Very dry. Excellent mouthfeel overall. Really impressive beer that went to incredibly smoothly. Would be absolutely excellent for the summer. It'd be great if this were bottled to give the Brett a bit of time to develop.

On tap at Peekskill.

Straw-yellow pour, hazy, with a small white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted wheat and dried orange peel. Taste of bready malts, toasted grains, orange juice, with a slight peppery presence. Pretty good. Soft mouthfeel, light-medium body. I usually have to be in the mood for a wit, but I wouldn't mind revisiting this one on a hot summer day.

On draft at the brewery.

Poured a hazy pale straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured bitter orange, a bit of pepper and some fruity esters.

The taste was likewise fruity and estery with the addition of some light brett. Clean herbal hops detected as well.

The mouthfeel was toward the lighter side of the style.

Overall a very tasty witbier.
