A traditional American brown ale with flavors of warm brown sugar, vanilla, and nuts, aged in bourbon-infused oak spirals to provide a smooth, warm finish. In the spirit of this unique and inviting flavor layered into our brown ale, we’ve named this our Blue-Eyed Brunette.

Pours a clear, dark brown color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight roasted malt, slight earthy malt, hint of hop, and slight bourbon. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of bourbon, sweet malt, hint of caramel malt, and a hint of hop. Overall, weaker body than aroma, but still well blended.
