The beer pours a small one inch head into a glass. It smells like caramel and like an old barrel. It tastes like oak and a bit like sweet berries with kind of a heavy alcoholic flavor near the end. I really enjoy this beer it is my favorite cheap beer, other mass produced American beers really don't live up to Yuengling considering there about the same price.

Look - Had on draft, clear light amber in color, a thin ring of foamy white head, no lacing.
Aroma - Minerals, grainy, corn syrup, metallic.
Taste - Thin malt, slight biscuit, simple syrup, corn grits, sweeter than I remember, metallic, finishes quick and clean.
Feel - Light body, well carbonated, slightly dry.

Overall - Below average.

I don't see what the fuss is over this. It's new to this area and right now a novelty , but it's still not too impressive in my opinion. This is a poor to me. Pretty weak in flavor.....bland.

Looks good - caramel. Smell is nice not off putting but a little non descript. Taste is somewhat macro lager with some caramel malt added. Ok. Mouthfeel is good. Very smooth and pleasant. At one time I thought this was the best beer in the world. What it is is a good serviceable beer. You could do worse.

Not a fan of the green bottles. Once transferred to my yeti it doesn't matter, and stays cold longer! Overall an enjoyable beer. Finally started selling in my area which is a plus!

Love the dark clear color, almost like weak coffee in color. The smell is like a Belgian beer and taste just like one as well. Not much follow up on the aftertaste. This is a good beer.

This is the first foray for many an 18-22 yo NE American. The first beer that isn't completely watered down, and that you can have with food (my college circle called this our "sandwich and beer" beer).

Its not a world champion mountain mover but it is very very good for what it is. In the realm of mass produced lager, its a 5 but ratings need to be consistent.

If you're down on cash and want a good tasting brew, yeung-dawgs are where its at.

POurs a dark orange with 1 finger head. Super clear. Aroma, lemon, a little yeasty, little pepper, a little grassy. Taste-bready, sweet, caramelly, toasty, a little grassy hop. Mouthfeel, medium carbonated. Overall- I like the taste alright. I do feel like I could find any octoberfest style beer still on the shelf from last year and have a similar to better overall time.
