Beautiful earthenware flip-top bottle, bonus points for that.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a big rocky off white head with amazing lacing. Aroma of sourdough, and plenty of corriander. Taste was very pleasant tartness up front with some cookie-like sweetness. Buttery thick mouthfeel. This beer was very very nice and good.

33 cl bottle (bb 13.11.16) poured into a tulip. Clear pale golden body, big white foamy head with good retention and chunky lacing.

Fruity, citrusy and malty smell with a hint of belgian yeast.

Taste begins with slightly tart bready malts, followed by fresh citrus and peppery spiciness, ending dry with a slight hop bitterness, leaving an aftertaste of citrus and pepper. Balanced taste.

Medium body, high carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Very drinkable with well hidden alcohol, I could easily drink another one. Overall a crisp, easy tripel. Not the best I've had in its style, but tastes very good nonetheless. Would have this one again.

Light yellow color with an aired thin head with low retention, but keeping a constant plate and leaving some laces.
Faint aroma with some lemony sourness, Belgian yeast and sweet pineapples.
Sour taste with a predominant lemony sour and high quality white wine notes. Hints of Cointreau liquor, coriander, white pepper and tart green apples. Dry and sour aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation for the style. Alcohol of 7.6% abv is fairly well hidden.
Very refreshing and easy to drink Tripel, just acquired some complexity after it warmed up a lot, but I can’t denote anything unpleasant about this beer. I would be happy to have it again.

Poured from 500mL swing-top stone crockery bottle (awesome!) into a tulip. Date on the bottle says 4/9/12, which I assume is the bottling date.

Appearance: rich golden hue with a good haze and a huge effervescence. Head poured three fingers of pillowy white foam which has wonderful retention and leaves a good, chunky lace. Beautiful!

Smell: good malt aroma, though very much on the sweet side. There is a syrupy fruit aroma in here as well which is almost too sweet. Not bad but a little crazy.

Taste: good malty flavor, though not as thick and syrupy as some of the maltier tripels. Not over-sweet; really, a solid, middle-of-the-road tripel. I like its restraint.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a big creaminess. The cream is a little ephemeral to be wonderful, but it's darn good nonetheless.

Overall: I rather like this tripel. It tastes good, and is quite beautiful both in and out of the bottle.

A - Poured out a hazy, golden color with orange highlights. It had a bubbly, white, two-finger head of foam that left some sudsy lace.

S - It smelled of grains, lemon and yeastiness.

T - Good blend of sweet and spicy. Sweet caramel and grain flavors backed up by spiciness and lemon tartness.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish a slight alcohol burn.

O - This is a really good tripel. I like the painted, swing-top bottle, too.

A - Cloudy burnt orange colour, one finger of wispy white head and sloppy lacing, huge dark particles of sediment, the most I have ever seen in a beer honestly.

S - Yeast, grain, bread and booze. Usually love the aroma of tripels but this just doesnt have the full package somehow.

T - Very bready, yeast, spice, clove, pineapple.

M - Medium to high carbonation, medium spicy body.

O - A pretty straightforward and boring tripel, maybe a good one for beginners.
