Recently I had a beer tasting event at my house and I served this. I also went with M to Handlebars in Tempe and they served it. She really knew how to drink it: she asked for a lemon with it.
Poured from a 12 oz. brown bottle with no date code into a pint glass and got 2 fingers of white head that settled to be a covering of white bubbly foam on the top of my glass.
A: Pours a hazy yellow, straw color with 2 fingers of head that dissipates at a moderate rate to leave an interesting, bubbly covering on the top of my glass.
S: Smell of wheat, yeast and some spice.
T: Taste of coriander, citrus and then coriander.
M: Light bodied and highly carbonated with a slightly smaller carbonation. Light, refreshing feel.
O: I like this beer and I like it better without the lemon. I would have it again and might try it on tap next time I'm in Tempe.

Light, refreshing, some lemon fruit comes to mind, & agree this does hit the right spot on a hot summer day. Cheers! B

Pretty good white ale.
L: Hazy / cloudy orange color with a light head. Head settled fairly rapidly. Similar to many witbiers.
S: Coriander and orange and lemom - pretty light scent but pleasing
T: Pretty light beer. A lot of carbonation makes the overall taste a little boring
F: Carbonation dominates but keeps it a pretty light feel
O: Acceptable but a little bland. Would drink on a warm summer day and enjoy.

Bottle poured into pint glass
Pours a hazy orange brown, dense white two finger foam cap, sediments and floaters
Aroma of faint banana and clove,
Taste has a whisp of tart Apple, citrus, yeah, muddled tea is a good description
Thin, light, watery
Eh, tried it, moving on

Sterkens Blonde
Pours a light golden color with little to no head. Aroma has grape and a bit of orange blossom honey. The taste is well balanced a bit of wheat and Belgian yeast fruitiness. Light bitterness. Tasty.
