Bought in local supermarket, Firenze, Italy

33cl bottle poured into fruit juice glass at hotel, all that was available.

BBE 10 June 2012

A- Pale cloudy straw colour, 2 finger creamy head reducing quickly to a crowning, lacing is minimal.

S- Orange peel, light belgian yeast and coriander.

T- Flavours are subtle. Searching them out i get light cloves and citrus with orange peel coming through. Finish is dry and refreshing.

M- High carbonation and light body.

D- Has the refreshing qualities of a good witbier. Flavours/aroma perhaps lack depth although they are present. Not bad.

Hazy, opalescent yellow appearance. White, beautiful foam, compact and creamy.
Classic smell, easy, wheat, lavender, orange pells, camomile. Standard, but not bad.
Less good taste, banal, without character. It slips away leaving just a bit of orange peel and coriander.
Light aftertaste, a bit of spices and lavender.
There are worse blanche.
