Nose loads of apple cider, funky Brett and acidic bacteria, tart lemony, little bready
Taste big funk, Brett as bacteria sourness, little tart lemony, fair acidity, little applesauce up front green nice tart honey crisp apple late, toasted oak, touch of oxidation
Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb
Overall a nice beer

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Hazy pale yellow. Almost no head. Smells of white wine. Light apple and acidity. Tastes strongly of white wine and apple. Apple takes over in the back end. Light tartness, nothing like other Pizza Boy releases. Medium carbonation. Medium low carbonation. Decent, but the apple is just not that interesting.

Looks like cider. Funky nose. Well balanced sour taste. Top notch.
