Pours a hazy pale golden amber coloration with a small, frothy head. Smells of sweet, overripe tropical fruit notes of mango, papaya and passion fruit, with the merest hint of spice coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by sweet, juicy tropical notes of mango, papaya and passion fruit, with a light, grassy dankness and just a hint of that peppery rye spice coming through as well. Finishes with a very light bitterness and strong hop burn, with a bit more peppery spice lingering in the aftertaste. Thick, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A great NEIPA with those typical sweet and juicy tropical notes, but also a great peppery kick from the rye malt to it, which mainly comes through in the aftertaste and works well with the strong hop burn. A terrific and quite unique NEIPA with a fantastic mouthfeel as well.

Poured into a 13 oz Weyerbacher tulip glass canned on 11/12/18. Pours a very hazy yellow, with a finger and a half of white head that leaves webby lace all throughout the drink. 4.75
Smell is passionfruit, tangerine, a little hint of spice from the rye, and a little grapefruit and pine resin. 4.25
Taste follows tropical, rye spiceyness , with some bitter piney grapefruit that actually lingers sip after sip. 4.25
Mouthfeel now this is the first time I have seen a rye IPA so hazy and orange, normally it clear and amber and not so soft, bigger than medium, a tad sticky but not dry, and at 6.7% ABV goes down very easy. 4.5
Overall this is a big surprise, not what I was expecting at all. Hazy rye and really a tasty beer. Thanks @jzeilinger for this can. 4.25

A - Opaque medium to dark orange gold color with creamy thick lacing.
S - Thick and chewy tropical fruit nose.
T - Spicy tropical fruit rind from start to finish with a piney/citrus bitterness at the very end. Very peppery/spicy to the point where it creates some burn in the back of the throat. Was lupulin powder used in this? Nice lingering bitter sweetness on the back end.
M - Very thick and chewy with alot of dryness on the top of the tongue while the sides of the mouth water.
O - Got some nice tropical frutiness on the first few hits from my glass but after that the spicy burn started to ramp up and blur the hoppy goodness.
