Hit this at happy hour - $4 beers.
Several Texas Octoberfest beers on tap. Enjoyed the St. Arnold O'fest. They had just run out of Live Oak - bummer. Also had Rahr O'fest.
I finally tried Live Oak Hefeweizen on tap - nice!
Really enjoyed the laid back vibe and dive bar feel of the first floor bar - out back there is an outdoor area with picnic tables and a big oak tree - very Texas feel.
Bartender (Courtney) was knowledgeable and very nice. She had a vibe gowing with the crowd.
Overall - a great place with well planned draft list and just a comfortable feel. Best draft list of TX beers I've seen.

Fantastic place. Great old pub feel. Wood, wood, wood, wood. Taps, copper, beer garden and an upstairs lounge style laid back area. It's a great place. I don't smoke cigars, but they have them. The ladies behind the bar were great. Christine and Whitney... Thanks.

This place is absolutely a craft beer lover's dream come true. The atmosphere is amazing, dark lighting, dark lacquered wood, warm and lively company downstairs and quieter more relaxed atmosphere upstairs with armchairs and couches. The outside area with the overlooking loft effectively gives you 4 different locations you can sit down and drink at and I find myself moving around from beer to beer. The staff is SO knowledgeable and friendly, they will gladly let you sample any beer you like or help you choose a brew based on what you like. The selection is amazing, I've always been extremely impressed with what they have to offer, both on tap and in bottles. The food I gave a medium rating simply because they only really serve a small numbers of snack / appetizer items, its just not a food kind of bar. HIGHLY recommend this one to anyone in the area!!!!
