Golden colour with a slight haze. White, high, persistent head. Coats the glass nicely.
In the aroma, cereal notes, sweet malt, there is banana, clove, there is lemon, light earthy accents in the background (cereal dust).
Taste slightly sour with minimal malty sweetness and zesty bitterness on the finish.
Medium saturation. Liquid texture smooth, soft. Body fairly low. Sour aftertaste, long.

The colour is gold with a hint of apricot; the liquid is cloudy. The two finger head is off-white and airy and it sinks quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell got semi-sweet floral notes, dough, yeast and wheat flour. Spicy hints of cloves, coriander and aniseed. It is a bit perfumed.
The taste starts with a smooth sweetness. Perfumed fruity-spicy flavours. French toast and ripe apples. Hints of caramel. Medium to full body. The aftertaste got growing sweetness, mature cheese and light floral bitterness. Sweet oranges, cloves and allspice in the finish.
The carbonation is strong; the small long-lived bubbles are sharp. The liquid is light and sticky.
A pleasant witbier with very moderate spicy flavours and fresh carbonation.
