Cold from the tap during Bloomington Craft Beer Week. This one is Ole Floyd's Belgian Strong Dark with Vanilla Beans.

Opaque and deep rich amber brown, with a wispy beige short lasting head.

The vanilla is way up front and ever present in the nose, reminiscent of the organic vanilla extract in my wife's kitchen cabinet.

As advertised, the vanilla is big and way way in the front, big bodied, smooth and creamy, with medium carbonation. It's just right, light brown sugars, molasses and a hint of banana Belgian yeasts in the way back.

Dangerously drinkable.
