A new hybrid brew from the folks at AP&B. Had this on tap at 12 Bones BBQ.

A-Murky bronzed brown copper with a medium off-white head that left spotty lace.

S-Light sweet malt with a touch of spiciness. This is very subtle and not overly aromatic.

T-Recovers on the palate with a spicy pop and light roastiness. Residual sweetness with a dry finish.

M-Medium-light bodied fairly crisp and dry with good lingering spicy bite.

D-The flavour profile rescues the basic lack of aroma. This hybrid style resembles a dry English brown or dark mild. Nice and easy drinking without being over the top.
