Has an interesting selection of beers, some of the typical compliment of west coast micro brews, but also had some belgians and interesting stuff. As others have mentioned, much of the beer is exposed to sunlight, its not a big store and its at the end of a strip mall with windows on two sides, so there are not many spots in the store away from sunlight. This concerns me a little. I have not spoken much to the proprietor, but he seems to know a fair amount about beer based on the beers he has to offer.

This was one of the first places that I discovered in Vancouver that sold a decent selection of craft brew. The owner is fairly knowledgeable on the beer and is in sporadically. His favorite beer is Corona if I remember our conversations.

He turned me on to The Abyss, Old Chub, and the Full Sail Black Gold Imperial Stout early on, so you can't really knock his beer knowledge.

The big red flag here as mentioned is that the beer is all sitting out on room temperature racks. While some of the beer is rotated regularly, it's really a crapshoot to know. I'm sure a lot of the Rogue beer has been sitting there for years. I'd be weary of buying beer here again.

There are a few bottles in the cold cases along the wall...stuff like Ninkasi Total Domination IPA, Widmer Hefeweizen, etc.

For this area of town Biggs Beer Wine and Tobacco has a really good selection, in fact it's likely the second best in the county! The beers are all organized by county of origin although only a portion of them are refrigerated. Don't let the the Tobacco part of the name scare you away. I've been in some of those "tobacco shops" and they mostly have ice beer. Biggs has a great selection of Belgians, seasonal beers, some of the "big beers" from northwest, other craft brews and many more. To boot, they're located right next to the liqueur store!
