On tap at Standard Tap with brunch.

Pours a basic crystal clear amber brown with collar. Light scents of grain. Well balanced hop malt profile. Clean and mellow. Just an over all middle-of-the-road gentle sipper whih, as of late, I have come to respect a clean beer [in particular a lager] because it reveals all potential flaws. THis beer is flawless.

We are spoiled with lagers and German styles in Yuengling-ville. Great German breweries like Victory, Stoudts and Sly Fox.

This one poured out a dark amber/brown color and was topped off with a thin white head. There's some small caramel notes in the aroma, with a hint of sweet cherry, but overall it's pretty bland. The flavor is racked with diacetyl and butterscotch. Not what I expected for this lager. It threw my enjoyment off a bit. The body is light and the beer leaves a bitter tang in the throat, that's not entirely pleasant. It's drinkable, but this beer needs to be cleaner tasting and less harsh. This brewer can do much better.

This one poured a brown color, with just a bit of a head on it. The aroma had a bit of sweetness to it. The sweetness was very prevalent to the taste. There was some roastiness, but it was just overly sweet. The Dunkel Weisse was a much better choice.

Pours a medium brown with medium head, aroma is lightly sweet with some graininess and alcohol tones to it.Taste is subdued in its chocolate flavors with some light roasted flavors and very malty but not overly sweet,I like the different subtle notes of this beer.If ur looking for a beer to knock ur socks off this isnt it,but a tasteful pretty easy drinking warmer this is.
