From the bottle, it pours a hazy golden amber with a large white head. Some grass and fruit in the nose. In the mouth, it is slightly yeasty and very light overall.

Purs softly hazy yellow with a fat head of bone white foam that lasts. Nose is fruity but malty too. Hops are soft grasses on the nose. Citric with lemon grass, then zesty lime peel. Peppery and spicy from hops and phenols. Unfolds gently to the palate after showing the nose an earthy complexity. Any sweetness form the added sugar gently opposes a bit of tart funk . Drinks dry and perfectly . Malt is sweetly prominent and hops gentle and kind . A light bitterness finishes the beer then you notice it gains a bit of strength as it lingers. Well made and perfection to drink.

11/5...brewery taster. Pours bright gold, low foam. Sweet fruity fragrant floral nose. Somewhat of a peppery taster, notes of citrus, bubblegum, and yeasty funk. Spicy. Very nice.

Had this beer for the first time on draft at an outdoor sporting event. Poured medium yellow with a thin light head and lacing. Not much of an aroma. The taste features citrus: lemon and a hint of orange or pineapple and some spice. It is only slightly bitter. Nicely carbonated. Overall, this is a very nice saison and is delightful and refreshing on a warm day.
