Perfectly balanced and moderately sweet with light citrus notes and a distinct spiciness from choice Belgian yeasts.

I got a few cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck I bought at a beer store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It poured a hazy golden with very thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had floral notes mixed with subtle citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with orange peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

This is a really tasty sessionable beer. Nice notes of honey and citrus with a great flavor profile and mouth feel. Easy to drink on a warm spring day.

This is a 120z. can poured into the Lift Bridge pint glass. There were about two fingers of pure white froth that receded in about three minutes to a thin cap with light lacing left behind. This ale is hazy light yellow with a touch of amber. The carbonation is light as advertised.
The nose is responding to spices, yeast, and banana notes.
The flavor has some pepper, banana, and yeast. There is nothing bitter here, the finish is a bit on the sweet side.
The feel is medium with noticeable carbonation with each sip.
This ale is just OK, there is something missing, maybe it needs lemon or a hint of orange.

Not a bad Saison, but there is too much lemon and pine in the taste. Drinks better in the summer

12/9/20....light to mid bronze with very little foam. Funky esters and strong notes of bubblegum. Fruity flavor, smooth, slight bitter. The gum comes thrpough in the flavor profile as well.

Look: Slightly hazy yellow. One finger of white head that was quickly dissipates.
Smell: Yeast balanced by sharp piney hops.
Taste: Very mild bready malt with a light yeast and pine flavor backing.
Mouthfeel: Average body with high carbonation.
Overall: I would barely classify this as a “saison.” It’s a macro brew with the barest hints of the style.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a hazy orange-yellow color with a billowy white head. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a good sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The smell is strongest of a wheat bread aroma that is mixed with a good deal of banana and yeast. Along with these smells comes a decent hit of clove and coriander, giving it a more standard saison aroma overall.
Taste - The taste begins strongest of a wheat bread taste that has a touch of candied sugar and orange sweetness mixed within. As the taste advances some light yeast flavors come to the tongue along with a good dose of banana. Along the same time a good deal of clove and coriander, meet the rest of the flavors and with a little loss of some of the sweeter tastes, one is left with a nice and clean, lightly sweetened and moderately spiced taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The bodyof the beer is medium in thickness and creaminess with a average carbonation level. A little bit more carbonation would have been slightly better but overall the feel was OK.
Overall- A decent saison overall. It has an easy going taste and feel with the right flavors for the style.
