Pours incredibly clear, easily making it the clearest saison I've ever had. Very cider-like in appearance - straw-colored body and absolutely no head what-so-ever. Plenty of fine sediment in suspension being pushed around by mild streams of carbonation.

Good but very light. Biscuits are prominent. Mild funk with adequate spicing (pepper, coriander, and clove). Bubble gum and banana notes can be found, but they are so light you'd be forgiven if you missed them.

Refreshing but again, light. Banana and Sourdough stand out. Light citrus notes. Nice spicing and balance, if not a hint on the bitter side. I would like to note that the warmer this one got, the more I enjoyed it... Do yourself a favor and serve this one at 40*-45*

Medium body. Good carbonation. Clean finish.

For a light saison, it's not bad but it left me quite underwhelmed. I prefer more potency, flavor, and funk from a saison.

Very pleased I've been able to try this beer. I was pleasantly surprised with the carbonation, (slightly more carbonated from other beers I've tried,) and it has a great flavor. It's light, and goes down well. Smell has a kind of metallic tone to it, but it doesn't leave much of an after-taste in your mouth. Overall I feel this would be a great beer to enjoy after a long day. It's very refreshing.
