Talks the talk and walks the walk but the jive is a bit unique here. Has the Belgian character, fluent in yeast but the spicing accent is where this beer sets its self from the rest. Good job all around.

Look: Bright golden yellow. Big fluffy head dissipates slowly. Beautiful lacing. Spice sediment free floating. Active carbonation.
Smell: Peppery Belgian yeast up front. Some floral qualities, maybe a little jasmine.
Taste: Really nice spice. pepper, coriander, and ginger all do their own things. A little floral bitterness on the back end. Really well balanced.
Feel: Its a little creamy. Fairly dry finish.
Overall: Its a very solid Belgian IPA. One of my favorite seasonals from Upslope.

12 oz can. Pours clear light yellow with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is lots of musty Thai spices.
The flavor is some sweet bready malts with a lot of spices and some light floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, interesting Thai spices. Lots of spice but not much IPA.

12 oz yellow can served chilled into a goblet.
Thai Style White IPA is a pale hazy yellow color with thick white head and good retention.
Aroma is slightly spicy coriander and maybe saffron.
Flavor is balanced between hops and spice with the notes bouncing back and forth on each sip. It seems to end spicy, bitter, and dry.
Mouthfeel is light in body, crisp and balanced.
Overall a solid beer and not, as I feared, reminiscent of Thai food.

A nice, earthy Belgian-influenced pale ale, but the spices get muddled here. That herbal bitterness is interesting, but it largely comes off like a clean wit.
