Poured from can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a light golden color with a one finger head of pure white foam. The head has a moderate level of retention, fading over time to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather big of a sweet candied and fruity smell of an almost fruit punch mixed with banana like smell. There is also a whole lot of cotton candy and a big yeasty smell. While all these smells are big, so too is the spice smells with a whole lot of coriander and clove and a little bit of a nutmeg.
Taste – The taste begins with a slightly drier taste then I would have expected from the nose, but was by no means dry. It started with a somewhat doughy taste that has a moderately sweeter taste with some candied sugar, banana, and harvest fruit tastes. There is also a good sum of yeast and spice right from the start with a whole lot of coriander and clove, just as one may have been expected from the nose. As the taste advances the yeast and spice grow stronger and stronger, and are joined by some other flavors of herb and hay coming to the tongue. The sweetness seems to get slightly stronger initially, only to dwindle a little bit at the end. While the sweeter dwindles at the end, the doughy flavor transitions to a slightly more grainy flavor, and in the end, with the transition of malt, the big yeast and spice, and some light alcohol tastes coming to the taste, one is left with a lightly warming, and robustly spiced Belgium strong taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the moderate side in terms of thickness with a carbonation level that is rather average overall. For the mix of sweet, grain, yeast, spice, and heat, the feel is rather well done and makes this brew more slow sipping, yet still very approachable.
Overall – While classified as a Belgium pale ale, this tastes much more like a Belgium Strong pale ale to me. Any which way however, it is a nice drinking brew and quite enjoyable overall.

Appearance: golden peach in color with a very thin layer of head at the surface.

Smell: smells like candied fruits with a faint tartness. Also notes of plums and bananas. Yeast is upfront - there's no doubt you're drinking a Belgian style beer.

Taste: sweet with notes of esters. Very fruity with prominent notes of pitted fruits and subtle notes of banana and slightly spicy at the finish.

Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, slick, and almost chewy.

Overall: the flavors are heavy and the mouthfeel is almost thick. It's not a sipper but it's not exactly a beer you crush through on a hot day. Regardless, I enjoyed the beer.

L: Cloudy yellow orange with a small creamy head and fingers of lacing around the glass.

S: Belgian yeast, coriander, pepper, banana and bubblegum, toasted cracker malt. Good aroma.

T: Corainder, pepper and clove, hints of banana, some bitterness, a slightly weird spicy astringency in the finish. Finishes fairly dry.

F: Medium body and fairly high carbonation.

O: A nice Belgian pale that definitely shows off the Belgian yeast.

Aroma has coriander, wheat, grass.
The taste also had coriander but opens up nicely with fruit and yeast. A hint of peppery spice and alcohol. Finished bitter. Easy drinking for the ABV. One of the better examples of the style.
