The colour is orange-gold (25 EBC), the liquid is clear with lots of small flakes floating around. The two finger head is white and compact, it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is very hoppy with American notes of grape fruit, citric peels, lime juice and exotic fruits. Phenols brings notes of spices and some soap. Coriander seeds, nutmeg and cloves. Clean strong sweetness.
The taste is bitter with spicy notes of cloves and allspice. Some wheat sourness, quite a lot of yeast character. Light to medium body. The aftertaste got quite a lot of herbal notes, growing harsh bitterness. Distinct notes of dough and bakers yeast. The finish is very harsh and bitter-sweet.
The carbonation is medium strong, lots of small sharp bubbles. It gets flat quite quickly. The liquid is dry and surprisingly light.
An odd beer with too much spicy flavours and harsh bitterness.

Hazy, light yellow beer with a fizzy, one finger high, head.
Nose: Orange marmelade, citrus, grape, grass, lemon juice, yeast and coriander.
Taste: Lemon, citrus, mango, grapefruit and wheat.
Body: Medium body with a pretty long aftertaste of citrus and grape. Great bitterness. Still a little bit waterish.
