My quest to visit all the Whole Foods in the state continues!

A - Typical Whole Foods. People are generally friendly. It is a well laid out store. Nice city walk around the store as well.

Beer! - Selection of beer here is solid. On my trip I was pleased to see a wide variety of beer from Stone, Cigar City, Rogue and many other american crafts as well as a good selection of Belgians. I picked up Southern Tier's Krampus and Rogue's Voodoo Maple Bacon. Nice. You will find something you want here.

Service - I missed his name but an older gentlemen was working filling the beer. He joked that I was getting the Pepto Beer (Voodoo comes in a pink bottle). He asked if I had it before and I said no. He stated its worth a try in his opinion but it was sub par to him. I like the honesty. At $13 a bottle it was appreciated but I need to try everything myself. Good guy who knew his beer.

Food - Outstanding selection as all Whole Foods tend to be. Plenty of prepared foods, sandwiches, made to orders stuff, pizza etc etc.

Overall - Very nice Whole Foods where you can grab a brew and some eats. Shade overpriced but hey its Palm Beach Gardens. Everything is.

Busy WF in the snooty/swanky gold coast of Florida town of PBG.

You know the deal with the WF stores...high quality food for high quality prices.

Beer i s in the right rear of the joint by the wine and cheeses. Decent if not amazing selection of the good stuff. You will find ample amounts of the good quality craft stuff you crave. Stone, Oscar Blues, Cigar City and a decent, but not really impressive selection of the well distributed heavy hitters...

Very easy on and off highway 95 if just passin through, as we were....

I live in the area and this is my go to spot for beer. Matthew in the beer dept has never let me down. He knows his stuff and is always willing to pair your beer with a cheese which I think is super cool. They have an excellent rotating selection of brews from all over the world and they always have something new when i go in. Lots of Cigar City (when its available lol) Stone, Oscar Blues, Green Flash, Founders, Belgians, Germans, and just about anything else you can think of. Unfortunately, there isn't a ton of space for beer in the store, so they don't have everything all the time, but just ask Matthew and he'll bring it in for you and give you a call. On the weekends they always have people pouring wine and beer for you to taste which is pretty nice. Overall, its a great spot to check out.

I visited here on a recent "business" trip.

Atmosphere: Jeez... It's Palm Beach. Seriously, do you need anything else in terms of outward atmosphere? Inside, this was a typical Whole Foods. Not overly big, nor small.

Quality and Service: No one came up to me and took my order or anything, but in terms of quality, they had a HUGE end cap of CCB Maduro and Jai Alai. No taps in this store to my knowledge though.

Selection: I thought it was pretty skimpy. Hell, in the Orlando area, I was able to secure at least a CCB Winter Warmer and Guava Grove. No such luck here. I saw some Orlando Brewing entries and a few others, but not much else.

Food: Why did my friends buy an overly priced salad here when they could have gotten a cheaper (and better) one next door at Field of Greens?

Value: Always overpriced.

This was a decent stop in an otherwise fantastic area.

Prices tend to be higher than at your typical supermarket but quality is much better and you'll find a larger selection of vegetarian and organic convenience foods. While many supermarkets, especially in large market areas now carry brands such as Amy's vegetarian, Morningstar Farms and a selection of organic goods and produce at better prices, you are sure to find a larger variety of these items at Whole Foods.

Their deli counters always have a wonderful selection of ready-to-eat foods. I have created some pretty good last-minute company dinners by simply stopping by the deli counter and buying some prepared salmon (poached, grilled, with sauces, stuffed ... the variety seems to depend on the day of the week), oriental green beans, a grain or rice dish ... I was never ashamed to toss the plastic containers, reheat the meals and claim them as mine.

They have a nice selection of supplements, some of which are difficult to find elsewhere (bee pollens, obscure vitamins and remedies). For more common vitamins and supplements, however, Trader Joe's or Costco is definitely the way to go.

The organic beauty aids, lotions, potions and candles and nice indulgences. Occasionally they have good prices when things are on sale. They have a very nice selection of unusually scented candles with aromatherapy claims. It's worth a trip in to check those out and smell for yourself.

Price-wise, the Whole Foods house brand, 365, is an excellent value for most items. Its quality is good.

They have a broad wine and beer dept., including a very nice selection of micro brewed beers. I quite enjoyed the bottle of Arrogant Bastard Ale my husband brought home. It was a stout so thick you could stand a fork in it!

Whole foods is a supermarket specializing in whole natural and organic foods as the name suggests. In the back corner to my surprise, they feature a pretty display of craft beer. They have a pretty nice selection of single bottle Belgians and other imports on the shelves as well as many domestic craft beer sixers in the coolers as well. I am going to have to go back in when I have more time to browse as there were many beers I have never seen before. This place is usually pretty packed and the isles are pretty narrow creating a sort of claustrophobia but it has a decent selection of craft beers. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
