Look: It pours dark yellow with a white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has a spicy aroma with a bit of spice and soy sauce. There are some floral elements as well.
Taste: It has some spicy elements with a vinous quality. There is a bit of coriander and soy sauce. There are some floral elements as well.
Feel: It has a medium light body.
Overall: The elements just to work together for me.

Poured into a pint glass
Orange yellow - matched the orange garnish on the glass.
Smell strongly of wheat. Taste is rather weak. Not strongly alcoholic in flavor. Not strong in flavor at all, overall I didn't like it, as I prefer porters or stouts.

On tap at Top of the Hill.
Pours a cloudy orangish-golden color with a one-finger white head, looking as it should.
Standard wheaty aroma with orange peel and coriander.
It's funny that the description of this beer says, "Quite different and unexpected" whereas I found it similar to a lot of other American witbiers and almost exactly as I expected. Like a better Blue Moon really, with orange, wheat, and coriander. Simple but does the trick.
Medium-light body with a little less lively carbonation than I'd like in a wit.
I'd consider this about average for the style, maybe a tad on the high side.
