On tap at the Grafton location.
(Review from notes).
A - Hazy golden yellow with a dense white head.
S - Heavy pale malt and coriander with a metallic finish.
T - Orange peel and coriander with a mellow spiciness and ginger root coming up from a burp. Big alcohol on the finish, a bit solventy.
M - Medium bodied and smooth opening but hot finishing with alcohol.
O - Nice spiciness and wheat combo.

On tap at The Bomb Shelter. Marketed as an imperial wit. Cloudy yellow cour with retained whitehead of one quarter inch. An American style sour wheat, as opposed for a more Complex easier drinking Belgian wit. Neutral aroma. Not so drinkable, and big booziness to boot.

I had the opportunity to try this beer at the Great Taste in Madison, Wisconsin. In this Wit you can taste Coriander (of course), Green Tea, Camomile, Ginger, and Orange Peel. It's inspired by Asian spices (hence the name), and I absolutely love it.

A - Cloudy pale straw colored brew with a 1-finger head
S - This is by far the most enjoyable brew I have ever sniffed. The spices are amazingly up front and pleasent. Green tea, ginger, orange and coriander all blend together beautifully
T - The scent follows though in the flavor, but not as much as I would've liked. Beyond that, the alcohol is extremely well hidden in the flavor
M - Medium bodied and fairly carbonated
O - This is a fabulous brew. Although I'm from Milwaukee, I haven't been able to come across this very easily, so I'll definitley be looking for it.
