Lindemans first new fruited lambic in over a decade. Choosing strawberry, one of the most noble of fruits, was easy: the complex sweetness of the fruit matches perfectly with the sourness of lambic, resulting in a unique balanced marriage of sweet and sour.

Rudy red body, pinkish cap. Smells of strawberry jam, flower perfume, and jolly rancher. Taste is super sweet, definitely the jolly rancher strawberry for the win, with some light grains and sugars on the finish. Feel is sugary, lightly tart, and springy. The wife liked it

Purchased as the large bottle from The Fresh Market for $13.29. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Hazy pinkish-orange, with a foamy three-finger rose head. Heads stays quite a while. Excellent lacing.
S - Freshly-made strawberry jam. Fresh. Bright. Hint of apple blossom.
T - Follows nose. Pie crust. Sweet, with a little bit of a pleasant funk. Slightly acidic. Finish is faintly tart, with a lingering note of fresh strawberry.
F - Medium-light body, with mild carbonation. Super drinkable. Bright & fresh.
O - Another solid brew from Lindemans! Strawberry is typically pretty hard to get to come through in beer, and they're making it look easy! A perfect lambic to bring with you to a picnic. Full of sweet strawberry; it's a strawberry tartlet in a glass! Seriously recommend this one, and I will definitely purchase it again.

Tasting Glass
Look: Slightly hazy orange-pink. Pouring a 1 finger head which dissipated quickly is a medium ring with light sheeting
Smell: Strawberry compote. Hint of yeast funk. Hint of sweet bread. Strawberry shortcake essentially
Taste: Sweet strawberry, with a hint of lemon. Lightly sour, covered by how sweet it is. This leads way to sweet yeast funk (new one for me),
Feel: Medium body. Gentle carbonation. Silky texture
overall: Tastes like strawberries, its very sweet, not as tart as I thought it would be

Orange amber color with a minor haze. There's a small head, but the rim bubbles last throughout the tasting, although it leaves a minimal number of tiny spots.
Sweet strawberry with a vinegary sourness in the background. A bit like a Sourpatch kid candy.
Sugary sweet to start. Fuller body with lower carbonation. There's a touch of sourness that keeps this beer from becoming cloying. Very drinkable. This would be excellent with a cheese course or with a chocolatey dessert.

12-ounce bottle poured into a stemmed pokal glass. Tasteful, attractive label informs of the brewery’s history and of the wild yeast fermentation of lambic beer.
Appearance: Pours a beautiful light amber – dare I say, strawberry blonde? Opaque with several fingers of white, dense head. Other reviews report poor head retention, but mine lasted for several minutes and laced nicely.
Smell: Like a dessert tray. Bright and strong. Fresh juice, cheesecake, and crepe.
Taste: Tart initially, then fruity, with the flavor of strawberries rushing in. Has a rich, very sweet breadiness in the finish. Almost like eating a fruit pie or strudel. Aftertaste is pleasant and leaves you waiting for the next sip.
Mouthfeel: Well-carbonated and dry, like a good champagne.
Overall: Another winner from Lindemans. If you like lambics, you’ll love this.

From the tiny bottle in a snifter. This solid lambic pours a ruby
tinged muddled amber with a decent head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose
of light acidity and sweet strawberry amongst some vinous notes.
Flavors follow with lightly tart acidity, candy sugars, and sweet
strawberry. Nice mouth feel; medium body, light effervescent
carbonation, and a balanced sweet and tart fruit finish that is
medium dry.
Always delicious and a welcome treat. Lindemans always
impresses.
Cheers
